Shipping policy
This shipping policy (“Shipping Policy”) applies to all purchases made at the Bugatti Eyewear Collection online store (“Bugattieyewear.com” or the “Site”). No provision of this Shipping Policy is intended to override any mandatory laws to the extent that they cannot be contractually altered, changed, or otherwise modified.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Orders are typically processed within 7-10 days from the day you receive the Bugattieyewear.com email confirming your order. After your order ships, Bugattieyewear.com will send you a follow-up email containing shipping details and an order tracking number.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates and carriers vary by region. For your security, a signature will be required upon delivery.
SALES TAX, FEES AND OTHER COSTS
Your order includes sales tax where required, but you are responsible for any/all other taxes, fees, and costs, if any, that may apply.
SERVICE AREA
If you are unable to order from our Site, then your region is not yet within our area of service. Please use our Store Locator to find the Bugatti Eyewear Collection authorized retailer nearest you.
SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
All orders require a valid street address. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses, and regions outside our service area.
ORDER STATUS
After your order has shipped, Bugattieyewear.com will send you an email containing the shipping information and a tracking number that you can use to track your order’s progress to its destination. Delays between the time a tracking number is issued and when it becomes active in a carrier’s system are not uncommon, so check the carrier’s website periodically for status updates.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
If the product you ordered at Bugattieyewear.com does not arrive as described on the Site, or if an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, then please contact our Customer Service department by email at order@bugattieyewear.com or telephone by calling (Monday – Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time). If your product order fails to arrive or the package arrives damaged, then please contact the shipping provider (UPS or FedEx) directly and provide them with the order tracking number referenced in your Bugattieyewear.com confirmation email for further assistance.
