Refund policy
This product return policy (“Return Policy”) applies to all purchases made at the Bugattieyewear.com online store (“Bugattieyewear.com” or the “Site”). No provision of this Return Policy is intended to override any mandatory laws to the extent that they cannot be contractually altered, changed, or otherwise modified, and your return rights may vary by region.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with security tag, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product you ordered at Bugattieyewear.com does not arrive as described on the Site, or if an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, then please contact our Customer Service department by email at order@bugattieyewear.com. If your product order fails to arrive or the package arrives damaged, then please contact the shipping provider (UPS or FedEx) directly and provide them with the order tracking number referenced in your Bugattieyewear.com purchase confirmation email for further assistance.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns and Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at order@bugattieyewear.com.
If you are unhappy with product purchased at Bugattieyewear.com for any reason (e.g., style, fit or color), then you may return it within fourteen (14) days of its delivery date as recorded by UPS. Product purchased at Bugattieyewear.com can only be returned to Bugattieyewear.com for refund (we do not accept exchanges at this time) and cannot be returned to any brick-and-mortar store or to any other etailer/retailer.
Product returns may be initiated by contacting our Customer Service department by email at order@bugattieyewear.com and providing your order number, the reason for your return and at least two (2) images (.jpg) from different angles clearly showing that (i) the security tag(s) has not been removed, altered or damaged and (ii) that the product is in like-new, resellable condition. If Optical Business International (Bugattieyewear.com), in its sole and exclusive discretion, determines that the product is eligible for return, then an Bugatti Eyewear Customer Service representative will email you a Return Confirmation.
You must ship all product returns back to Bugattieyewar.com in like new, resellable condition within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date as recorded by UPS. Product shipped back to Bugattieyewear.com more than fourteen (14) days past its delivery date is not eligible for refund and will be returned to you at your expense, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with Bugattieyewear.com policy and applicable law.
All product returns must be packed securely and returned in like new, resellable condition, accompanied by all security tags in place (unaltered/undamaged in any way), protective materials and accessories, including, but not limited to, temple sleeves, tags, cases, cleaning cloths, boxes, and booklets.
Wherever possible, product should be returned using its original shipping container and packing materials. If the original shipping container and packing materials are unavailable, then a shipping container and packing materials of at least comparable quality suitable for shipping fragile items must be used. You are responsible for all risk of damage and loss relating to your return until it is received by us at the address we provide, so please record your tracking number in a safe place for future reference and insure the package if you so desire.
All product returns must be sent using a trackable courier (e.g., UPS or FedEx) to the address that we provide.
All refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment (i.e., the same credit card) used to purchase the product being returned, and credits typically appear 7-10 business days from the day we accept your product for return. You are responsible for shipping your return back to us. Return shipping fees and costs (e.g., insurance) are non-refundable and non-reimbursable unless otherwise required by law.
Bugattieyewear.com expressly reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully and completely comply with this Return Policy and all other applicable terms and conditions governing purchases made through Bugattieyewear.com. All non-conforming returns will be returned to sender at sender’s expense, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with Bugattieyewar.com policy and applicable law.
